Ali discovered pyrography as an art form and has been experimenting with different methods, techniques and styles of wood burning on various wood shapes, types and sizes. Her great love of natural wood, especially tree plaques with characteristic knots and bark edges, has inspired her to use the natural surfaces to create individual designs.
